1. Ephemeral Workspaces & Zero Retention
PulseGate is engineered around strict zero-data retention. Interactive remote desktop streams exist in ephemeral memory during an active session and are wiped immediately upon disconnection. Workspace disk snapshots are deleted at session teardown.
2. Operational Telemetry
We process coarse technical telemetry (such as connection latency, stream error codes, and bandwidth utilization) solely to route sessions to nearest regional nodes and verify operational health. We do not sell user data or deploy third-party advertising trackers.
