Master Services Agreement and conditions of use for PulseGate edge infrastructure.

1. Service Agreement & Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PulseGate edge infrastructure platform, APIs, and associated software, operated by the PulseGate team ("the operator of pulsegate.cloud"). By accessing or utilizing the platform, enterprise tenants agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Dedicated Enterprise Tenant Provisioning

PulseGate services are provided exclusively under dedicated enterprise arrangements. Public unauthenticated access is strictly limited to published technical documentation, RFC 9116 security disclosures, and public package manifests. Access to compute resources, virtual desktop streaming channels, and node management APIs requires authenticated credentials issued under an active enterprise agreement.

3. Acceptable Use & Network Integrity

Tenants and authenticated workers agree not to utilize PulseGate infrastructure for unauthorized scanning, network disruption, distribution of harmful software, or activities violating applicable legal standards. The operator reserves the right to suspend any credential found to be operating in breach of network security standards.

4. Availability Target

PulseGate strives to achieve a 99.9% operational availability target across its active regional Edge PoP clusters. Scheduled maintenance is coordinated and posted to the public Status Board.
