Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. The virtual workspace platform accessible at pulsegate.cloud is operated by the PulseGate team ("PulseGate", "we", or "us").
1. Service Scope
PulseGate provides cloud workspace streaming and virtual desktop broker services under enterprise infrastructure agreements. Customers receive access to provision containerized environments according to agreed capacity thresholds.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must not utilize PulseGate infrastructure for unauthorized network scanning, denial of service attempts, distribution of malicious payloads, or circumvention of licensing terms. Violation of acceptable use results in immediate session termination.
3. Operational Availability
The service operates under a 99.9% availability target over rolling operational windows. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via our reliability board.
